esse4d reserves the right to request government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) at any time to verify your age and residency. esse4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). esse4d does not accept deposits in any other currency.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. esse4d does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your esse4d account are your own funds, obtained legally, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. esse4d reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.
Deposits made from third-party payment accounts, business accounts not registered in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and your account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days for standard accounts and within 24 hours for VIP Gold tier and above. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements, which must be completed before your first withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction varies by account tier and payment method. esse4d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not meet these thresholds.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. For example, if you deposited via BCA, your withdrawal will be processed to your registered BCA account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
If withdrawal to the original payment method is not technically feasible (e.g., the payment method no longer exists or has been blocked), esse4d may, at its sole discretion, approve withdrawal via an alternative method after additional identity verification.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both bonus and non-bonus deposits and is a standard measure to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
esse4d offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered and must be read and accepted before claiming.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account closure, and voiding of all associated winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of IDR 100,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling IDR 3,000,000 before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 10%–50%. Sports bets generally contribute 100% when placed at odds of 1.50 or higher. Full contribution rates are published in the specific bonus terms.
All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically.

esse4d provides its gaming platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, esse4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
esse4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
In no event shall esse4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless esse4d, its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) your misuse of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which esse4d operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to esse4d's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in esse4d's operating jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses or funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
esse4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a risk to the platform or other players. In such cases, esse4d may, at its sole discretion, forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
